Navigating New Motherhood

The transition into parenthood can be harrowing.
Even if everything goes "smoothly," your body and life have experienced huge changes.
Mothers need and deserve specialized support navigating this experience.

Too many mothers feel isolated and ashamed when they are met with the immensely complicated changes motherhood brings.

There is so much missing from the average understanding of what happens when you become a mother.

Mothers are bombarded with the expectation that we should just “know” how to be a mother all on our own. We normalize physical pain and mental suffering and are too often told we should just be grateful.

It shouldn’t be this way.

The Navigating New Motherhood course offers information, resources, and validation to help you move through this transition with confidence and compassion.

The course is offered as an audio download and as an in-person group class in Sacramento, California.

The Navigating New Motherhood course empowers mothers with knowledge, resources, and support.

Together, we will unpack the tumultuous experience of matrescence and improve the motherhood journey for everyone involved.
